Dick Over The Law

cuadroH.jpg
Porn producer Joseph Kerekes and skin starlet Harlow Cuadra may be in prison for murder, but they refuse to be treated like criminals.

The two were arrested and charged in Vriginia Beach, VA, Tuesday for the January murder of business rival, Bryan Kocis. Police allege that Kerekes and Cuadra (pictured) plotted and carried out Kocis' killing - and apparently the devilish duo really wanted Kocis dead: they stabbed him 28 times and then set his house on fire. In addition to the murder and arson charges, the boys are also facing racketeering charges.

As their good fortune wears off and their bank accounts remain frozen, the boys remain resolute in cock-blocking justice: they've refused extradition to Pennsylvania...

Meth, Porn and Sex Toys Among Office Necessities

acceraH.jpg
Talk about bad education. Pennsylvania principal John Acerra got uncovered as a meth-loving, gay-porn watching wanker when police arrested him for selling drugs from his office. MSNBC reports:

A 50-year-old principal was found naked in his school office while watching gay pornography on Tuesday, according to sources. Sex toys were found nearby, the sources added.
...
Acerra, of Allentown, was the principal of Nitschmann Middle School in Bethlehem, and was arrested minutes after he arranged to sell the notoriously addictive drug to a police informant, according to investigators.
There's only one word to describe this story: ridiculous. Another word also springs to mind: screwed. As in, Accera's totally...

Police Looking for Prospective Model

drake%3F.jpg
Police may have a lead in the murder case of porn producer, Bryan Charles Kocis. They first came across the Cobra Video exec's charred, mutilated body at his smoldering house last week. Though most of the evidence had been destroyed in the arson cover-up, investigators came across an email Kocis sent to a colleague in which he discusses a meeting with this unidentified man.

Pennsylvania's Times-Leader reports:

The ongoing investigation into Kocis’ death determined that Kocis previously emailed an associate with photographs of the unidentified man. Kocis emailed his associate that he was meeting the unidentified man at 7 p.m. on Jan. 24, to be one of his models.

The unidentified man is possibly from the Allentown or Philadelphia area, and his last name may be Drake.

Hmm, perhaps this kid showed up, objected to the Cobra film producer's plans and reacted violently? Or maybe he planned on killing Kocis from the get-go. Or, of course, he didn't kill Kocis and its a decoy by Sean Lockhart: the porn star Cobra Video recently took to court for $1 million. But, then again, there's the possibility none of these people killed him and it was some sort of terrible accident or something.

Regardless, it's certainly an ugly situation. So, so ugly...

Gays Had Right Of Ideological Way

RAH.jpg
Earlier this morning, we took a look at how the First Amendment helped pro-ex-gay non-profit PFOX permeate a Maryland School to pass out pro-ex-gay literature. Well, here's a somewhat-related story with a decidedly different ending...

You may recall Philadelphia's 2004 Outfest, when a group of anti-gay activists took it upon themselves to spout fire and brimstone. Not surprisingly, the homos didn't take too kindly to their hellish prescriptions (and, we're sure, predictions). Surrounded by whistle-blowing queers, the protesters had to be rerouted by police.

After being jostled from place to place, eleven protesters refused to be jostled any longer and resisted the police, resulting in arrest. Said protesters went on to sue, insisting their first amendment rights had been violated. A Pennsylvania court, however (busy day there, no?), ruled otherwise. Federal Judge Lawrence Stengel admitted that while it's the court's duty to uphold freedom of speech, there are also certain stipulations, including proper permits.

(Note: You guys may have noticed that we've changed the picture. We got an email from Repent America director, Michael Marcavage informing us that we'd placed the wrong picture. We acknowledge our mistake and apologize. To make it up Marcavage, here's a picture of him being surrounded by the aforementioned pissed off homos.)

What a tricky and multi-layered story is this: A former Christian bookstore owner and a former cop were among five men arrested for arranging sex with minors through a chat room. Despicable, right? How could they, being pillars of our society, take advantage of the young?

The "victims" in these cases were 16 and 17 while the two perpetrators mentioned were in their 50s and 60s. However, we would argue that a boy of that age is most likely fully aware of what he is doing on the Internet and the bedroom. And the age of consent in Pennsylvania is 16 anyway, so we're not sure exactly what crime these guys committed, other than being kind of pervy.

We aren't trying to defend child molestors here; it's generally accepted that men who seek out sex with 16-year-olds are not pedophiles or they would be seeking out 11-year-olds. They're just pervs, and the law allows them to be pervs, so we don't know what all the fuss is about.

The Senate race in Pennsylvania is heating up as incumbent Senator Rick Santorum is trailing his opponent Bob Casey in the polls despite having raised twice as much campaign money. Hoping to help Mr. Casey out with his fundraising, sex columnist (and the one who coined the popular defitiion of the word "santorum") Dan Savage sent a $2100 check to his campaign, the maximum amount for a personal contribution.

Casey at first accepted the donation and even invited Dan to a campaign even in Seattle where he could have his photo taken with the candidate. Savage couldn't make the event, but days later the Casey campaign returned his check, claiming that Dan's occupation as a sex columnist could provide ammunition to Santorum's campaign that would be far more costly than $2100.

Savage took it like a man is now putting his money towards an organization called Philadelphians Against Santorum, who will help elect Bob Casey.

Pennsylvania's State Senate yesterday passed a bill defining marriage as a man-woman type of thing in a 38-12 vote. But there's actually some good news in all this: because the Senate passed a different version of the anti-gay marriage bill than the House passed, it could cause a two-year delay as voters decide which version to approve.

The Senate amendment reads: "Only a marriage between one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in this Commonwealth."

The House version includes a provision some say not only bans gay marriage but also outlaws other domestic partnerships, such as civil unions. [...]

The House version passed June 6 by a 136-61 vote, but the Senate Judiciary Committee stripped the provision about domestic partnerships, with one Republican arguing it was unnecessary and confusing to constitutional scholars and voters.

Also worth noting: If the House of Representatives' version became law, some argue a gay couple could get a civil union in another state, then return to Pennsylvania and challenge the law.

As we always say, a little santorum on the sheets is unavoidable, but a big Santorum in Congress is something we can prevent 100%. A group of citizens protested outside of Sen. Rick Santorum's office in Erie, PA yesterday morning as the debate over an anti-gay marriage constitutional amendment was kicked off in the Senate.

Santorum Protest

The protest was covered by local TV stations and the anti-marriage amendment was on the front page of the local paper yesterday. With his poll numbers already very low, we expect all this new publicity can only be bad news for for the good (and by good we mean very bad) Senator.

Rick Santorum

It happens to everybody, even Republicans. No matter how hard you try, anal sex can never be completely pristine, and sometimes you experience a little bit of santorum on the sheets. Fortunately, it can be easily wiped away and comes out in the wash.

That is what we are hoping will happen in Pennsylvania this November as notoriously anti-gay Senator Rick Santorum fights an uphill battle to keep his Senate seat. He is currently "the most vulnerable congressional incumbent this election season" according to Rasmussen Reports, and we look forward to the day that Pennsylvania will once again be fresh, clean, and Santorum-free.

If you live in Pennsylvania, check out the website for Sen. Santorum's opponent, Bob Casey.
