It’s amazing how innocent people are whenever the shit hits the fan. There is a thing called “guilty by association”. It’s not always right, but it’s there.

If you are a young escort, or a “porn star wannabe” and you’re hanging around some of the most disgusting people in the business, the bottom of the barrel of drugs, pedophiles, and the worst that egotism has to offer, then you can’t come out and claim you’re “innocent” whenever the entire pyramid collapses.

Did he do it? Probably not. I don’t know… I don’t really care. But you can’t play with fire and then bitch at the world whenever you get burned. You can’t do drugs and then claim there’s a ‘separation’ whenever your drug dealer gets busted. If you purposefully put yourself in dangerous, volatile situations, you better be willing to deal with the inevitability of it blowing up, because nothing that unstable lasts forever (thank god).

That goes for Kocis, and whatever sick predator trying to compensate for his age that happens to come after him.

Come on now, I think it's sick in the gay community that "good-looking"=innocent. In the Kocis-Corrigan-Cuadra power triangle, there are no good sides here. Let's not forget that Sean Lockhart/Brent Corrigan himself contacted Kocis, trying to get into the porn business while (allegedly) underage. Lockhart seems not at all concerned about his age except to use it as a bargaining chip...that's why he hasn't produced his birth certificate, which could have sunk Kocis (but perhaps hurt the Brent Corrigan porn vid sales).

The police claim to have substantial evidence that Harlow Cuadra was in Luzerne County on the day of the murder, and a taped 'confession'. Whether Cuadra escapes on a technicality or not (i.e. tape-recorded confession), it appears he was involved. However, I bet Cuadra himself didn't commit the murder:

His goon Joseph Kerekes looks like a guy big enough/strong enough to do the hit. Maybe Cuadra will turn tail for a reduced sentence (i.e. 25 to life instead of life with no parole). Or maybe Kerekes will squeal. In any case, it seems that in the end, everyone in this case got screwed. I bet in jail, Harlow and Kerekes will be 'taking it like a b_tch, boy'.

I find it way funny that some one is trying to get money to bail the 2 out of jail and all.. All I know is that they are being held with out bail and part of it is do to they are a flight risk. Yeah there bank accounts have been frozen and all but the fact is that even if the lawyers do get enough to bail them out they will not be able to. This I think will turn in to a death penality case do to all the charges and all...
