Even if Seven Stories Press does NOT offer Mike Jones the book deal, there will be other publishers who want his story. There is a potential market for his book. Why are you so against the idea that Mike Jones get a book deal? If you are NOT interested in his story, there are others who would love to buy his book and support him financially and emotionally. If you do NOT like chocolate, you cannot stop others who love them and want to buy them. Whether is Mike Jones articulate or not, it is NOT up to you to judge him. He is a handsome 49 years old hooker with a great physique and bravery. What do yourself has to offer to the gay community by simply writing an unthoughtful column. In fact, I agree that Mike Jones deserves a lofty representation in the press. Why? His story, if well told and presented in the market, will remain as the benchmark for the gay Christian right's hypocrisy.
