Now this is what I like to see: Elected representatives like Rep. Tammy Baldwin partying with — and not pretending to be — superheroes.

See, this is the sort of thing Tammy Baldwin needs to avoid. The WI-2nd is mostly rural areas, not just Madison. Those rural areas have a lot of needs that she is simply too busy marching in pride parades to address. And even as a gay resident of Madison, I find that really offensive.
And that’s why, in November, I’ll be voting for her opponent Chad Lee, who is still a fantastic supporter of individual rights, but without the baggage Ms. Baldwin can’t seem to drop.
