Reporter Ousted From McCain Event Cites Race

Stephen Price, a senior reporter from the Tallahassee Democrat, was kicked out of the press area of a John McCain campaign event in Panama City, Fla., yesterday.

The campaign said that he was asked to leave because no local press was allowed, although Price said that out of the many local reporters there, he was the only one McCain’s security detail asked to leave.

And he thinks that race might have something to do with it.

Typical of the mccainanites: they pack their “town hall meetings”, they get local police to strongarm a librarian who’s standing on public property holding a sign that says “mccain=bush” (like the repubs have a problem with that?? bush is theirs, after all…); like the bushies, they have a wee little problem with democracy, free speech, and independent thought: don’t like ‘em. Makes ‘em squirm.

I just loathe this guy. He may actually be WORSE than bush jr, just on the basis of not being utterly brain-dead.
