Rasmussen Reports' national poll puts John McCain and Mitt Romney head-to-head for Republican nomination. Hillary Clinton, meanwhile, still leads for Democrats, taking 40% of the projected vote. Barack Obama trails with 31%. These numbers do not, however, reflect post-S.C. polls.

Obama won't get much of a bounce out of SC. Hillary will win all Super Tuesday states.
