Retrial?
A Los Angeles judge will consider whether to hold a retrial in former copper Sgt. Mitchell Grobeson’s $4.4 million discrimination against the city. A jury ruled against him last year, but apparently the judge finds the ruling suspect – or, at least, worth a closer look. [SF Gate]
