Robert Gibbs Doesn’t Know What Barack Obama Was Doing In The 20th Century

In October, President Obama dropped the bomb that discriminatory views on gay marriage “evolve, including mine.” It was, very plainly, a calculated seeding of what many believe is his eventual support of same-sex marriage. But the White House is going to roll out Obama’s evolution as it sees fit, not at the behest of reporters, so expect more questions about the president’s 1996 support of gay marriage to be answered by his press secretary in this fashion.
