Robert Wone’s Wife To Ask For Gay Roommate’s Emails, Phone Records

“Attorneys for the wife of slain attorney Robert Wone will ask a judge Friday to approve a subpoena for the telephone and e-mail records of three gay men she accuses in a wrongful death lawsuit of being responsible for her husband’s death. Katherine Wone filed the lawsuit in D.C. Superior Court in November against Joseph Price, his domestic partner, Victor Zaborsky, and the couple’s friend, Dylan Ward. She filed the $20 million suit shortly after the three men were indicted in a separate criminal case charging them with obstruction of justice in connection with the Wone murder.

Wone was found stabbed to death in August 2006 in the Dupont Circle townhouse where the three gay men lived.”[Washington Blade]
