YES. I can’t wait for the great Mittens vs Caribou Barbie war for the soul of the Republican party. Now that’s a war with no winners, except Democrats of course.
He will fail. Conservatives in this country will never accept a Mormon as their leader. As a group, they can’t even handle Catholics.
If the Mormons can deliver the successfull passage of Prop 8 in California, they will have the political capital to bring to the table to push Mitt Romney in 2012. They are using prop 8 as their polictical coming out party and to demonstrate the strength of the Mormon vote
