Oh man, this gives the jitters. I’m totally bitting my lip just hoping to hear that California does serve for justice.
I’ve lived in Hawaii for the last 6 years and we have a senate hearing for civil-union rights next week. But California is my home and will end up back there again in a year or two and would love to return to a state of full equality.

I have to admit though, I don’t believe in any form of marriage, not Straight nor Gay. But that’s my own preference. My boyfriend on the other hand fully believes in it.

Anyway, I guess what I’m saying is that just because I don’t believe in the whole “I need a piece of paper to prove my love” doesn’t mean that others who do shouldn’t have THE CHOICE to get that piece of paper. And yes, I do understand that it’s more than just piece of paper cause I am aware of the rights that we’re fighting for.

So here’s to you California and hopefully Hawaii and every state from this coast to the next coast.

Thanks for the pictures. Unfortunately this has become a non issue in Boston, Not hearing anything or seeing anything about it. It’s pretty sad. Somebody told me today. Where was California when we were fighting here in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Well that’s true. But it still saddens me.
