Style icon Sarah Jessica Parker and legendary Vogue Editor Anna Wintour mulled over Met Gala looks with Seth Meyers on NBC’s Late Night last night, assessing this year’s attendees on how closely they followed the instructions given on their invitations.
It was apparently a “white tie affair” this year in honor of the museum’s exhibit featuring Charles James, a fashion designer who worked primarily with white tie looks in the ’50s, which was happening simultaneously.
According to Wintour, most of the guests came pretty close to nailing the whole look, but only one leading man made this year’s theme his bitch. Watch below to find out who it was:

Nothing like the opinions on men of two women in whom no straight man would ever be interested.

Can’t stand either Sarah or Anna. Also, why are the men required to abide by a dress code but not the women? Double standards.

@jar: While I’m not so interested in their commentary, it seems harmless enough, a bit of frivolous fun. As far as no straight man ever being interested in SJP or AW, that’s silly. Their rich, successful, celebrated women & its likely many men would enjoy such a wife. There are very successful men who prefer the company of a contemporary rather than your run-of-the-mill supermodel.

Loved the brief but noticeable part where Ana Wintour referred to Sarah Jessica Parker’s date as Andy Cooper, when she meant to say Andy Cohen. Ah, all those gay media gays – confuse them all the time.
