Well, I guess you know Duanne Johnson was murdered.

I pray for her soul and for her family, as I am sure they will miss her. Hopefully someone will continue her legal fight in her stead. If not her family, then some group or individual should step in under the law of substitution.

This is no way to end a lawsuit, if that is what happened, and of course, I do not know.

Sad day for the Johnson family. And if this resulted from her lawsuit, then it is a sad day for democracy if prisoners cannot address violence committed against them. Again, I say "if."

Duanna Johnson was guilty of being what many consider as "abnormal." My brother, Larry Neal, a lifelong mentally ill heart patient who had spent nearly 20 years as an inpatient, was also considered "abnormal." Duanna Johnson left Shelby County Jail walking and talking about her horrific experiences there. Larry left in a body bag, and nobody's talking. Ours is the only American family in the 21st century to have a member secretly arrested and returned to his family as a corpse with no excuses, explanations, arrest records or reports, and denied any investigation. We've been asking for four years, "What happened to Larry?" See http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com. Larry's secret arrest and demise is likely the most censored event ever. The news won't cover it, the USDOJ refuses to investigate it, civil rights and disability groups won't address it, and now you know. See the website for details and proof. See more at this link: http://www.nowpublic.com/search?fulltext=1&type=story&keys=mary+neal

The violence against anyone "different" must end.

Please see June 25th post titled GAY POLITICIANS BOYCOTT HRC
and be sure to read comments section. There are many who do not think that transgendered people belong in the same category as
gays and that they are actually holding us back. I am not one of them.
