(Secret) Words…

“…The Secret Service is in dangerous territory here. In cooperation with the Palin campaign, they’ve started preventing reporters from leaving the press section to interview people in the crowd. This is a serious violation of their duty — protecting the protectee — and gets into assisting with the political aspirations of the candidate. It also often makes it impossible for reporters to get into the crowd to question the people who say vulgar things. So they prevent reporters from getting near the people doing the shouting, then claim it’s unfounded because the reporters can’t get close enough to identify the person.” – Journo Dana Milbank on how the Secret Service has hindered journalistic missions at Sarah Palin rallies. I don’t know how far off base the situation has to digress before we accept that the U.S. has become a veritable fascist state. Yes it can get worse! And probably will, if these infractions are met with indifference.
I’m personally ouraged that outright censorship of the press is taken for granted.
I supose that people have to personally be put in cages before they admit that something is amiss.

I can’t wait until it’s November 5th, President-elect Obama is prepping for his transition to the white house, Gov. Palin returns to Alaska to face more ethics violations (her free house obtained by a contractor she paid with taxpayer dollars and moving government email to personal email accounts), and Sen. McCain is dumped by his rich wife for not making her first lady.

The MSM is so chickenshit, this should be widely reported, how long are they going to allow McCain and Palin to walk all over them?
