Senate Republicans Came ThisClose To Impossible Task Of Repealing Obamacare

Fifty-one Democrats said no. Two abstained. Forty-seven Republicans said yes. (That’s all of them.) And with that, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act remains the law of the land, except when it isn’t.
