Thanks for reporting on this. It's only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this freak. Every session he proposes one divisive hateful bull or another. I might understand if he were from a more isolated rural district. There are some remote places in Utah where change comes slowly. Buttars represents a large middle class bedroom community in the middle of the metro Salt Lake City area. He is a perverted and hate filled man. When someone once commented he was evil, another person who knows Buttars said "Chris isn't smart enough to be evil. I hope we can get rid of him soon.
