Senatorial Wife Pens Anti-Gay Letter

Mary Francis Forrester took some time last week to write a very anti-lavender letter deriding the bent boys and girls. Why should you care about some crazy lady?

Because her husband's North Carolina state Senator, Jim Forrester, of course!

Mrs. Forrester's tirade's quite a doozy – and just as sickening. Here's but a distasteful taste:

[The gay agenda] is forceful and it is frightening.

My fellow Christians, make no mistake. It is under the guise of tolerance that the homosexual agenda is seeking to change the course of Western Civilization, redefine the family and rob our children of their innocence.

Read your social history and you will find that most societies that condoned homosexual behavior did not survive past one generation.

In our government of the people, by the people and for the people, 'We the People' attention must be paid to this deterioting [sic] moral standard for which our children and grandchildren will pay the consequences.

OMG! It sounds like Sally Kern just found herself a new best-friend.

Again, as has been previously stated… This generation needs to die before we get anywhere. The conservatives that are 50+ will never budge an inch during their lifetime.

Yet another fanatic trying to twist history to their own agenda. There is NO evidence of ANY culture dying out after only one generation (they wouldn't be a culture), especialy because they accepted homosexuality. In fact, Every culture that HAS accepted homosexuality has existed for longer than we as a nation have and were just as, if not more powerful…like Rome, or Greece, or Egypt, or ancient China, or Japan… Maybe someone should actualy READ a history book instead of just telling other people to.

Tell me what's wrong with trying to change the course of Western Civilization. What am I missing here?

There are too many similarities betwixt this and the Kern speech. I'm beginning to theorize that both are the result of a letter or speech writing kit put out by one of the big players in the anti-gay industry. It's not a cut and paste kit per se, but a set of instructions for putting together an anti gay screed which touches on the points contained in both of them.

I'm interested by that quote she uses though … did a "Mark Swift" ever pen such comments? I find it hard to believe that a gay would use the word "sodomise", but I'm not sure if it's true or not ….

Ever since the Republicans empowered those Christian imbecils in order to win votes and stupidly affect economic policy (their real goal), the barbarity has just gone wild. between this Forrester bitch and her ugly Senator buddy from Oregon and Kerr, even the politicians are getting into action.

It seems to me that if gay people want to assure not being the brunt of this facist upheval, we had better start raising hell.
because this hateful vendeta is not getting better! The republicans have assured us of a pronounced stuggle for survival for years to come. It is appaling when political leaders
feel free to preach the doctrine of hatred.
The last time that this genocidal kind of rant occured was wiyth Hitler.

No wonder so many politician's wives suffer from bad hair day and yenta fashion style. With no gay men in their lives to give them tips and advice, they'll have to deal with backstabbing female friendsin and deal with a new experience when they reach a certain age, the witch phase.

Have you noticed that the anti-gay rhetoric in this election cycle has been voice primarily by women? Could this be the counter-part to Hilary's campaign? In 2004, it was obvious that the anti-gay movement was a core part of the GOP strategy. This time around they could be using women to drum up the support.

Hmm, it is unusal that it's women that are making the most anti-gay noise these days. Though maybe the women are just getting more attention, because the press is used to silly old men giving out about homosexuality?

What is wrong with these people?! I mean that as a serious question! They are delusional! Honestly, what can we do?

My own awful experience was that I lost a job because this manager wanted me to screw her and when I said I was gay she took it as rejection: it is their doctrine &belief that we can help who we're attracted to. I think that that's how they process it, hence they lose their trump card in getting what they want.

… B.F.F. perhaps ?

Maybe not, cuz for people who are as disconnected from reality as these two, FOREVER lasts a helluva long time !

No wonder their runnin' scared.
