Seems more than a little strange, and pitifully stylized . Besides, who has s/m or bondage or whatever it is by themselves? I don't get the weights at all. That looks like a "trip to the gym", mixed with some leather straps who no one would want to be seen in.

Back to Quest, with the rope, he might have had something in mind?
