If you thought you got an eyeful of Shia LaBeouf’s naked body in the video for Sigur Ros’ “Fjögur Píanó”, the outspoken actor has announced he’ll be filming unsimulated sex scenes in Lars von Trier’s Nymphomaniac, which begins shooting in September.
Talking to MTV News, the Transformers star said:
“It is what you think it is. There’s a disclaimer at the top of the script that basically says, we’re doing [the sex] for real. And anything that is ‘illegal’ will be shot in blurred images. But other than that, everything is happening.”
Illegal? What does that mean? Last time we checked, filming people having actual sex is perfectly legal. There’s, like, a whole billion-dollar industry for it.
Maybe there’s some really freaky stuff in Nymphonmaniac we don’t wanna know about, or maybe LaBeouf’s a little too in his head and doesn’t know what he’s saying (we’d opt for the latter). Whether softcore or hard, the film is also rumored to star Willem Dafoe, Charlotte Gainsbourg and Nicole Kidman.

In “Antichrist” Von Trier used pornstars to simulate Willem Dafoe and Charlotte Gainsbourg having sex. Von Trier is kind of extreme though, and he loves all the commotion before any of his movies. Besides, how far it can go? Something like Fassbender in “Shame”, I guess.
