Adore Delano‘s music career may be one of the most interesting drag stories of the 21st century.
For those of you who are unfamiliar, Adore recently competed on the sixth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Although she didn’t win, she did placed in the top three and has since become one of the most successful queens to come from the show.
Prior to her run on Drag Race, Adore competed on the seventh season of American Idol as her boy alter ego, Danny Noriega. Although Danny fared well in the competition, placing in the top 16, his fan based remained fairly small.
Adore, not Danny, has now become a sub-culture music phenomenon who is quickly rising in popularity and dipping more and more into the mainstream music scene. Her first album, Til Death Do Us Party, broke records in 2014 and quickly rose on the iTunes Dance/Electronic music charts. And now, on the eve of the release of her sophomore album, ‘After Party,’ Billboard has released a sneak peak of her full album… and we’re in love!
How about we take this to the next level?
Our newsletter is like a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail) of LGBTQ+ entertainment and pop culture, served up with a side of eye-candy.
Listen to the full album sneak peak below and watch the the music video for ‘Dynamite,’ the first single off the album. And don’t forget to head to Amazon to purchase the album, which is scheduled to release on March 11. Enjoy!

Meh :-/ IMO ‘Til Death Do Us Party’ is the better album. Sophomore slump?
But there are a couple of tracks that I enjoy! ‘Dynamite’ is great– love the sample used!
Love the music in ‘Out of the Blue’!!
And that’s about it :-/
Also, ‘I Really Like It’ sounds like Katy Perry’s ‘California Girls’.’ I swear you can even sing the chorus to California Girls with this one. Fits right in.
