So Gay Clubs Can’t Promote Drinking Marathons Now?

GHQ, a gay club in Edinburgh, nearly lost its liquor license for offering a “£1-a-drink promotion” that rewarded imbibers with medals for their alcoholic consumption. The event, called Skite@Mo’s House, was promoted online thusly: “This week we’re giving out Mo Medals to those who endure the seven-hour drinking marathon.”
