Phillips to declare the law unconstitutional and immediately put a halt to further dismissals. I’m not sure I understand why you would imply that their fighting to have DADT repealed is a fundraising drive and not a fight for equality.
These guys may be Republicans, but they are fighting for the repeal of DADT in the courts WHILE Obama defends it.

Wow, I dissagreed with this group intensly over their support for McCain and hiding his anti-gay history…HOWEVER, they are funding a lawsuit to strike down a federal law that codfies discrimination against us, why all the bitchiness?
