Sobriety Quest.

CNN’s Richard Quest has entered rehab after being arrested in Central Park with meth in his pocket and a rope tied around his penis. CNN had little to say on gay journo’s drug drama: “At this time, CNN’s primary concern is for his health and wellbeing. We look forward to Richard returning to CNN International.” [Guardian

Good thing he’s not at MSNBC – or he’d be on one off their LOCK UP specials.

He’ll keep his job. CNN needs all their agents!

Oh man, I loved Richard Quest, he was my favourite television maniac when I lived in Europe. That he was a friend of stimulants was pretty clear.. His teeth positively vibrated with energy and his co-hosts kept out of spittle range. Always the best-dressed man in the room. Always.

The rope was a little over the top, wasn’t it. I miss Thomas Roberts. He just oozed sex appeal.
