Sorry, Mr. Jackson: D.C. Judge Says NO to Putting Marriage on the Ballot

With Superior Court Judge Judith Macaluso upholding Washington D.C.’s Elections Board decision to keep marriage off the ballot (because it violates the city’s Human Right Act), it looks like Bishop Harry Jackson is gonna have to put all his eggs in Rep. Jason Chaffetz’s basket.
