Southern Baptists Aim To Become More Ignorant
These are dangerous times for Bible-believing folk. The institution of marriage is being threatened, creationism isn’t allowed to be taught in biology class, and teachers are even reading gay fairy tales to their students. Where is God in all this? Why are public school students learning about algebra instead of Jesus Christ? And most important is the travesty that God-fearing children should have to interact with homosexuals on a daily basis.
With problems this big, the solution is simple: home-school, and teach nothing but the Bible, because all that needs to be learned is right in there. Even Spanish, depending on what edition you buy.

I hope that the Southern Baptists DO INDEED encourage their members to pull their children from public school. Schools are overcrowded anyway, so removing these kids from classrooms will make it easier for others to get a good education!! (Tongue firmly pressed into cheek.)
Let the Southern Baptists show to the world just how backwards and ignorant they are. I have little doubt that as the church leadership moves further and further to the Right that more and more individual congregations will choose to leave the SBC. And that, as Martha says, is a good thing!
