Porn star Francesco D’Macho made us feel good last week with a scintillating video. This week the Italian sweetheart’s reminding us of our prophylactic responsibilities, ie: “use a fucking condom”.
We need far more HIV awareness messages like this and they need to be broadcast in every available medium. We need prevention messages that deal openly and honestly with issues around gay sex, love, intimacy and desire. Unfortunately most HIV prevention campaigns fall fare short of what’s needed.

Wow! That is great! I really wish they would allow this in the United States. So clear…and it makes sense!
