The Tampa Museum of Art was fortunate to have Ken Rollins during this interim period. Ken led the TMA organization during a time of struggle, change and challenge. Tampa is now on it's way to having a world class building (with world class art) on the lovely banks of the Hillsborough River in ever-changing downtown Tampa. Community support for this facility and the ever growing arts scene in Tampa could not have happened without Ken's vision and leadership. It's also important to mention TMA's support for the LGBT community with it's annual Pride and Passion event in late May/early June to kick off Pride Month in the Tampa Bay region. Ken's whole-hearted support (and the entire museum's staff) has made this event one of the "must see/must attend" events of the year. Thank you, Ken! You'll be missed.
