If Howard K. Stern can't have Anna Nicole Smith's money, he'll take Rita Cosby's. The creepy lawyer just filed a $60 million lawsuit against Cosby, whose new book accuses Stern and Larry Birkhead of scheming against Smith - and sleeping with one another.

The book - Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death - alleges that Stern and Birkhead carried on a gay affair while plotting to steal - and potentially kill - a doped up Anna's millions. Stern and Birkhead, however, say Cosby's pants are on fire and now Stern's taking on the book he described as absurd.

Via NY Post:

The suit, filed in Manhattan federal court, seeks $10 million in compensatory damages and $50 million in punitive damages from Cosby and Hachette Book Group USA.

Stern's lawsuit says the book falsely accuses him of criminal lewd acts, homosexual acts, illegal possession and use of cocaine, conspiring to commit murder and kidnapping for ransom.

And none of that's true?

Meanwhile, Birkhead's also considering his own suit. These guys really don't want anyone to think they're gay, huh?
