Supreme Court To Bishop Harry Jackson’s D.C. Marriage Appeal: Go Away

The Supreme Court decided it will not give the time of day to Bishop Harry Jackson and his attempt to challenge the Washington D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics’ refusal to let voters have a say in the City Council’s decision to legalize same-sex marriage. The Court issued no comment in filing its rejection.

      Wouldn’t Harry Jackson’s church have better spent all of that money on stopping the Catholic Church’s molestation coverup, feeding the hungry, housing the homeless??
