I think it's the filthy and stinking parts and not the rich that is the reason.

On the other hand I think he deserves a lot of credit for reinventing himself and the life he lives. The sheer fact of his success, regardless of the terms on which it was built, shows there was a need in the marketplace for what he does and I congratulate him for his success.

I disagree, congratulating Mario L. for his success is like congratulating a drug dealer. Both make their "success" by causing pain for other people.

Mario L. doesn't care whom he hurts as long as he makes money. That's sociopathic behavior that deserves to be reviled, not celebrated.
