Former porn stars Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, who are accused of stabbing rival porn producer Bryan Kocis to death, will enter their alibis tomorrow. While both claim they were staying at the Fox Ridge Motel in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Kerekes may or may not say he stayed in the room while Cuadra went to see Kocis. Speaking hypothetically, Kerekes wondered whether maybe Cuadra (pictured) stumbled onto the murder scene, which had been torched. [Citizen Voice]

Public Defender Pulled For Conflict of Interest

The twists and turns keep coming in the Bryan Kocis murder trial. Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes stand accused of the January, 2007 murder of porn producing Kocis, but Judge Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. put the trial on hold indefinitely after finding a possible conflict of interest with Cuadra's lawyer:

Olszewski Jr. on Thursday granted a prosecution motion to remove Cuadra's attorney. The prosecutor argued that Cuadra's lawyer could have a conflict of interest because two other public defenders might be called as witnesses against him.

Olszewski appointed to two other pro-bono lawyers from a private practice to represent Cuadra.

To give the new attorneys time to prepare their case Olszewski indefinitely postponed the trial, which was to have begun in March. Both Cuadra and Kerekes face the death penalty, but Kerekes' lawyers are hoping they can kill that possibility.

Prosecutor Not Fucking Around In Kocis Killing

Bad news for Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, the porn stars on trial for the violent murder of producer Bryan Kocis:

A Pennsylvania prosecutor will seek the death penalty for two gay porn actors and male escorts who are charged with killing a rival producer.

In the notice filed Monday, Luzerne County District Attorney David Lupas said the case is eligible for the death penalty because Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes robbed Bryan Kocis and set his house on fire after they killed him.

The alleged arson, which posed a "grave risk of death to another person," was the prosecutor's primary reason for seeking the death penalty, according to the motion.

Lesson learned: don't stab someone 28 times and then try to torch their homes. Although, as always, we wag a finger at the death penalty.

A Pennsylvania judge thinks there's sufficient evidence against Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes to warrant a murder trial.

The porn stars stand accused of Bryan Kocis' cold-blooded January murder.

Chatting with the press after the judge reached his decision, Cuadra maintained his innocent and said of the ruling, "It sucks." Brief, poignant, true: it totally sucks to be on trial for murder. It'll suck even more if you're found guilty.

Murder's ugly, dirty, bloody business. Consider these fresh details in the murder case against Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, both of whom are accused of killing porn producer Bryan Kocis':

A gay man who operated one of the country's biggest gay adult entertainment companies died of massive blood loss after his head was nearly sliced off a court was told on Monday.

"We were able to ascertain it was a smooth cutting, probably one swipe. It was a very sharp object," Luzerne County Coroner Dr. John Consalvo testified.

And, as if that's not revolting enough, allow us to remind you that the killer or killers stabbed Kocis about 28 times. They may be coldblooded, but they've got some work ethic!

One of the porn stars accused of killing Bryan Kocis claims he's as innocent as a kitten. 33-year old Joseph Kerekes spoke to press after being charged with the murder yesterday and again insisted he had nothing to do with Kocis' killing. And neither did 25-year old Harlow Cuadra, who went to Kocis' house alone, says Kerekes:

Kerekes said Cuadra called him when he arrived at Kocis’ home at about 7 p.m. He said he was surprised when Cuadra immediately called him after a few minutes saying he was leaving.

“Harlow called and said something was wrong and that he was leaving. He said, ‘I can’t talk about it on the phone, I’ll be there in a few minutes,’ ” Kerekes said.

“Harlow said he got there the door was partially open. He looked inside and saw an overturned table and smelled smoke. He said he saw someone on a couch or chair, and heard a noise upstairs, like someone was about to come down,” Kerekes said.

Naturally Cuadra ran from the house, picked up Kerekes and they went into hiding together. That's what we'd do if we came across such a suspicious scene. We'd never consider calling the cops. Never. Ever.

Former porn stars Joseph Kerekes and Harlow Cuadra, aged 33 and 25, respectively, have now officially been charged with producer Bryan Kocis' brutal January murder. The men appeared in a Pennsylvania court today after being extradited from Pennsylvania.

Kerekes and Cuadra, who allegedly killed Kocis over a business deal gone wrong, have pleaded not guilty. Kerekes told the court, "To answer your question, no, I didn’t do it." A detailed affidavit suggests otherwise.

And people think porn stars are fantasy men. But, from what we hear, a few of you go for the crazed (alleged) killers.

And Here! Expanded It's Horizons

Does the Bible endorse trans folk? The Advocate's Joanne Herman says, "yes": "In Matthew 19:12… Jesus describes three types of eunuchs—those “which were so born from their mothers’ womb,” those “which were made eunuchs of men,” and those “which made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven’s sake.”

Things aren't looking so good for affirmed pornographers and accused killers, 25-year old Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, 33. The not-so-gentlemen were arrested last week for the murder of Pennsylvania-based bareback producer, Bryan Kocis. And it's looking pretty premeditated.

The web-based porn duo wanted to hire a porn star named Sean Lockhart aka Brent Corrigan. Unfortunately, the late Kocis had Lockhart's rock hard cock locked in a contract.

Rather than waiting out the contract, web-based porn producer Kerekes and his rising "star", Cuadra decided to kill Kocis, a damning affidavit says. The 21-page . Because, you know, that's the logical thing to do…

An affidavit offers the appalling details of how Cuadra and Kerekes met with Lockhart, offered to kill Kocis and proceeded to carry out the murder. Read all about it, after the jump…
