Major shit's going down in Sweden. Two more men were attacked in an anti-gay hate crime, the second since EuroPride began in Stockholm last weekend.

The two men were enjoying a night out in downtown Stockholm and were sitting outside Seven-Eleven on Klarabergsgatan at 4.20am on Wednesday morning when they were attacked.

"Three men approached them saying humiliating things and then started to assault them without provocation. They mentioned the Pride festival and that the men were gay," said Bo Olsson at Stockholm police to Sveriges Nyheter.

The three suspects were caught and arrested at around 5am. The men are reported to be between 17 and 20-years-old.

Additionally, multiple queer inclusive churches that sponsored EuroPride have also been covered in fliers denouncing the gays.

The ten-day, tenth-annual EuroPride festival got off to a rocky, violent start in Stockholm this weekend.

A male gay couple were stabbed and robbed during Stockholm's EuroPride festival in what police described Monday as a hate crime.

"Two homosexual men were stopped by three men and were asked directions. The three asked them about their sexuality and then stole their mobile phones and money. One of them was then stabbed in the stomach," Stockholm police spokesperson Towe Haegg said.

The attack late on Sunday "is considered a hate crime", she said, adding police believed the perpetrators had targeted the couple, aged 25 to 30, because they were gay.

EuroPride organizer Jonah Nylund described the attack as "serious." Indeed.

An estimated 1.5 million party people lived it up at this year's Europride in Madrid. The revelers toasted Spain's government for its inclusion, including the government's 2005 passage of gay marriage and historic trans rights laws.
