Former porn stars Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, who are accused of stabbing rival porn producer Bryan Kocis to death, will enter their alibis tomorrow. While both claim they were staying at the Fox Ridge Motel in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Kerekes may or may not say he stayed in the room while Cuadra went to see Kocis. Public Defender Pulled For Conflict of Interest
Olszewski Jr. on Thursday granted a prosecution motion to remove Cuadra's attorney. The prosecutor argued that Cuadra's lawyer could have a conflict of interest because two other public defenders might be called as witnesses against him. To give the new attorneys time to prepare their case Olszewski indefinitely postponed the trial, which was to have begun in March. Both Cuadra and Kerekes face the death penalty, but Kerekes' lawyers are hoping they can kill that possibility. |

A Pennsylvania prosecutor will seek the death penalty for two gay porn actors and male escorts who are charged with killing a rival producer. Lesson learned: don't stab someone 28 times and then try to torch their homes. Although, as always, we wag a finger at the death penalty. |

Kerekes and Cuadra, who allegedly killed Kocis over a business deal gone wrong, have pleaded not guilty. Kerekes told the court, "To answer your question, no, I didn’t do it." A detailed affidavit suggests otherwise. And people think porn stars are fantasy men. But, from what we hear, a few of you go for the crazed (alleged) killers. |
