The hip-hop scene's about to be rocked!

Well, that's if you believe Terrence Dean's book publicist. The former MTV executive will soon release Hiding In Hip-Hop, which will allegedly expose the genre's biggest homos. From the release:

"Hiding In Hip-Hop" uncovers a hidden and well-known unspoken secret. Deep within the confines of Hip-Hop is a prominent gay sub-culture. A world that industry insiders are keenly aware of, but choose to ignore.

According to Dean, "This book is filled with intrigue, sexy celebrity bed partners, abundance of drugs, and of course, the down low/gay men and celebrities in the entertainment industry.

This tale's a long time coming. Honky homos have been forced out in recent years, like Lance Bass, Neil Patrick Harris and TR Knight. It's only fair that black folk take some heat, too.

We have no idea who Dean will name, but we've got some theories…

We're not psychic, but we do have some theories…

Left Jermaine Dupri For Gay Love?

bwomarion.jpg
Rapper Bow Wow cut ties with producer Jermaine Dupri earlier this year. While some would chalk it up to creative differences, others claim it's because Bow Wow wanted work with his "lover", Omarion:

[A] source in JD's camp, who spoke only on the condition of anonymity, claims that the real cause for the split was that Bow Wow expressed to JD that his relationship with Omarion was more than simply musical after the two were caught engaged in a sexual activity. The source would not go into detail but said "[Dupri] was going nuts about it. These two were in a main room in the house doing all this. Me and two other assistants was with him [Dupri] and we saw it going down and he sent us out of the room and was yelling and screaming at them". [...]

A producer who worked on the first Omarion-Bow Wow single released only a few months ago, confirms that, "what was going on with them in the back rooms and in the studio was more than just two dudes working on music. These dudes was feeling each other like a man and a woman."

The gossip mongers also say there's an incriminating video roaming around. It had reportedly been posted on YouTube, but mysteriously disappeared. Woof!
