Remember the Seth Tobias murder mystery? You know, the one where the crazy wife named Filomena allegedly drugged and drowned hedge-funding CNBC talking head husband Seth, who erroneously believed he and his wife were going to menage with a porn star named Tiger? Well, that case - by far the most bizarre and long-winded in recent memory - just took few million new twists. That's if you believe this guy, Billy Ash.

Ash may or may not be the star witness in the investigation and, according to NY Mag, may or may not have some pants on fire. Above you see the video of Ash walking the world through how Filomena murdered Tobias. Our sister site Jossip has even more madness. Warning: may not safe for people with a grasp on reality.

Meanwhile, Filomena will face no criminal charges in Tobias' death. In fact, the cops have closed the case. Poor Ash will just have to fade away…

Another Turn In Soap Opera Of A "Murder"

The queer case of Seth Tobias' drowning death just keeps getting queerer:

New allegations made by a former assistant to deceased millionaire Seth Tobias include a claim that the former hedge-fund manager's wife hired a voodoo witch doctor to put a curse on her husband before his mysterious drowning death last September,

The Tobias family's former assistant also says wife Filomena confessed to drugging the CNBC pundit and luring him to the pool with promises of gay porn star Tiger.

The queer case of hedge funder Seth Tobias' drowning death takes another turn:

The widow of hedge fund guru Seth Tobias hastened his drowning death by stirring crushed sleeping pills into his pasta sauce, according to a former employee.

That's just one of the explosive claims that ex-Tobias aide Bill Ash made during a lie-detector test.

Tobias' brothers accuse wife Filomena of tricking Tobias into thinking they were going to have a threesome with gay porn star "Tiger".

Poor Tobias didn't remember that cats hate water.

There are new details emerging in the myterious death of CNBC's millionaire contributor Seth Tobias.

Tobias allegedly drowned last September, but his brothers allege Tobias' wife duped him into thinking she'd arranged a pool side romp with porn star and preferred boy toy, "Tiger". They claim that Filomena Tobias then drugged her husband and dumped him in the pool.

Tiger says he was in Las Vegas at the time of Tobias' untimely death and offered the haziest details of their past. Now this sex kitty's opening up:

He put on some weight since we used to hang out, but we definitely had sex. We got together a couple of times in Florida, and also in New Jersey and Vegas.

I often went with Seth to great destinations. He may have talked about me with Filomena during his drug binges. I may have been the only guy he'd ever been with. He may have thought I was his boyfriend. She may have gotten jealous.

Tiger also says Mrs. Tobias sought him out for a threesome with a girlfriend. The widow denies this claim.

Tobias' former assistant also gives up some information, telling Rush & Molloy, "Seth talked about Tiger for a year." Guess the cat's out of the bag.

Cupids and Tigers and Angry Brothers, Oh My!

Was CNBC's late contributor Seth Tobias slain over a gay love affair? Disreputable and money hungry sources say "yes".

The high-minded gossips at NY Times reexamined Tobias' September death, when the businessman "drowned" in his Florida mansion's swimming pool. And the vultures are finding some skeletons:

Mr. Tobias’s four brothers and Mrs. Tobias are locked in a legal battle over the estate, which is worth at least $25 million. And, in a civil complaint, they have gone so far as to accuse her of murder.

The brothers, Samuel, Spence, Scott and Joshua, claim Mrs. Tobias drugged her husband and lured him into the pool. Bill Ash, a former assistant to Mr. Tobias, said he had told the police that Mrs. Tobias confessed to him that she had cajoled her husband into the water while he was on a cocaine binge with a promise of sex with a male go-go dancer known as Tiger.

Meow! This Tiger fellow reportedly works at a Palm Beach gay bar - Cupids - and earned his nominal stripes for the Tiger-like tattoos down his side. He's also appeared in a movie called Dreams Cum True. Don't ask us how we know that.

Mrs. Tobias denies the Tobias brothers' intimation that she drugged and dragged her husband into the pool as retribution for an ongoing fling with the aforementioned Mr. Tiger. She also denies that she went to Cupids with the slain Seth. She also called her accusers "evil". We'll have to wait for Mr. Tobias' toxicology report before we start calling anyone "evil".
