Let's start the day off right and put something on the table we know you've all wondered about. Is Vin Diesel secretly a big ol' flaming queen? We know you've heard the rumors, and though we're not ones to gossip, he does have a tendency for secret-keeping. Did you know his real last name is Vincent and he's never revealed his real first name? And, his latest film is called Find Me Guilty, so maybe he's ready to run on out of that closet, shirtless and with his prada man bag. We sure wouldn't mind.

Find Me Guilty is based on the true story of Giacomo "Jackie Dee" DiNorscio. Already in the midst of serving a 30-year sentence, Jackie is offered an opportunity to shorten his time by testifying against many of his closest friends. But Jackie refuses to betray his "family," and goes so far as to defend himself in what will ultimately become the longest criminal trial of its time.

We wonder what "family" he isn't willing to betray. Put your gaydar to good use and enjoy these pics of Vin in the meantime.

Sharon Stone's lesbian three-way sex scene is edited out of Basic Instinct 2. Directors say it's to keep the movie as mainstream as possible. As if straight guys would really say "Sharon Stone in a lesbian threeway? No, not interested. Let's go see She's The Man instead." Our guess is, they're keeping it to sell in the DVD extras. • In response to Massachusetts upholding a 1913 law that forbids marriage that is Illegal in other states–to prevent inter-racial couples from coming North to get married, back when that wasn't allowed–we point you to the rest of Massachusetts' laws which might be of interest. Our favorite: "A woman can not be on top in sexual activities." At least we here at Queerty don't have to worry about THAT. Phew! [DumbLaws]
