Take Down.

“An immigration judge has been pulled from a case for showing apparent bias and making unfounded assumptions about homosexuals. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ordered that Immigration Judge Alan Vomacka be removed from the case of Peter Conrad Ali, a 42-year-old career criminal who claimed he was raped by immigration police at a jail in his native Guyana and would be persecuted if he was forced to return.” Vomacka’s “gratuitous” comments included intimating that Ali could fly under the radar in Guyana because he’d need another man to be gay. Thus, he could just remain alone. [Law.com]

If it means his death, then they should let him live in the US like all the other gays and career criminals who are US citizens. Judge Alan Vomacka I heard is a paranoiac gay himself.
