Tennessee Teachers Will Remain Free to Tell Kids About 2 Daddies and 2 Mommies

You’ve gotta feel bad for State Rep. Stacey Campfield, the Republican from Knoxville, whose bill was just shot down for the second year in a row. See, all Campfield wants to do is ban public school teachers from teaching students about homosexual relationships, and then Democratic Rep. Ulysses Jones had the audacity to say it’s a “figment of [Campfield's] imagination” that such instruction is taking place.

Wait. So people are opposed to the bill because they see no need for it? Or because they want to encourage teachers to run their classes with openness and tolerance for people of all orientations?

Stupid republicans. I guess it’s a good thing they don’t believe in evolution by natural selection coz these guys obviously aren’t getting selected.
