Tennessee Teen Cole Gofort Now Free to Wear ‘I <3 Lady Gay Gay’ T-Shirt

After what’s becoming a familiar battle with the ACLU, yet another school district has learned about sharing treating gay students with respect.

This time it’s Greenbrier High School in Tennessee, whose principal had forced 15-year-old Cole Gofort to go home and change after wearing a ‘I <3 Lady Gay Gay’ to school on April 5. But after a lovely sit down with the ACLU’s chapter there, the school has provided “assurances” it won’t kick out boys and girls who might wear gay-themed apparel professing their love of certain pop stars.

Unless they wear a rainbow ”I <3 Ke$ha’ tee, in which case, send them the fuck home.

Tweets Gofort, aka FierceFaggot: “I suppose you could say….Success? ;]”

this should never have been an issue :) i wore far worse stuff to my school and it was never a problem <3

until he starts wearing tshirts with porn on them (or i guess expletives, considering how touchy americans are about it) no one should tell him how to dress
