3 months? Such a lenient sentence really defeats the central purpose of deterring the criminal from committing another crime.
This is Sweden we are talking about. Actual incarceration is rare enough as it is. We should be thankful he got 3 months instead of no time in prison.
I'm confused. When I took the link, it told of two separate attacks, I think. The earlier of the two involved Simon Lindberg, but did not mention an axe. For that attack he was sentenced to three months in prison, which presumably he was serving a month later when the second attack occurred. The second attack involved an axe but made no mention of Simon Lindberg. So, was he involved in the second attack?
