The University of Rochester’s YellowJackets — who, of course, wear yellow jackets when performing — turned their Taylor Swift number “You Belong With Me” into a gay romance music video. It’s very cute, and we want all college experiences to be exactly like this, please and thank you.
Chev sends in a better copy of the music video, recorded over Taylor singing:
(Yeah, the video is from last year, but it’s new to us, so there.)

“Standin’ right here waitin’ at your back door…”
’nuff said to support your hypothesis :0D

With all those campus sights, I remember the Yellowjacket I had such a thing for in days of yore. Watching him work out at the gym was the best. Would that he could sing the song to me. Not that I was ever with some girl, although he was. Goshdarnit.

Aww, that made me smile. And the Kanye moment made me laugh out loud.

I’ve been waiting for someone to do this. I always felt it could be a boy singing to another boy.
·
How adorable. Wish the audio quality was better, but the video made me smile ear to ear.

As someone born and bred in Rochester, I do adore my hometown team. This was a cute rendition.

Word of this video has to get out! Post it everywhere!

Damn they stole my idea. Every time I hear that song I can hear a guy singing it about another guy. If you listen to the lyrics it could easily be a guy who is smitten with his best friend.
