Our favorite line from a layman’s guide to bottoming: “You definitely want a high fiber diet. This will make you clean out easily. Eating a good amount of cheese can be good too as it will bind your stool – so it comes out all at once. But, with cheese, you should never eat a lot if you don’t get enough fiber as you’ll actually get plugged up and risk tearing your rectum. Avoid eating lots of meat and too much hot sauce as it will make things smell putrid and you’ll get fire-hole – and this can instantly make some people soft.” [RLG]

Recently I was talking to a 20 y/o, and I gave him similar advice! (except no cheese.. adult humans don’t need calves’ milk).

Skip the cheese altogether if you’re lactose intolerant … I would suggest just fasting for three days … you’ll look a whole lot thinner and it will increase your sexual appetite!
