Barebacking is fine so long as both partners are healthy. There is nothing inherently wrong with a sex act that millions of heterosexual couples perform in faithful monogamy every night.
The issue I have with porn is that it consists of paid prostitutes having sex for the camera. I don’t agree with this. I think it’s demeaning. It also distorts sexuality. Porn in general tends to de-value masculinity as it’s about watching others having sex. What happened to going out and doing it?

Young people need to be reminded that HIV meds only work for some people, and even then a person’s immune system is still compromised and the meds eventually stop working. Avoiding getting hiv needs to remain a priority for young people no matter who they are.

Well, I would not have bareback sex with a total stranger. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to have it with a partner in a monogamous relationship.
Bareback sex is not going to harm you if the partners are both healthy. As I said above, millions of heterosexual couples have bareback sex in America. Why isn’t it such a risk for them? Answer: because they are both healthy and do not engage in stranger sex like the majority of gay men.
