The HIVs Are No Longer Banned From Mother China

A 21-year-old law banning foreigners who are HIV-positive, or carry other STDs (or have leprosy!), was lifted today by Chinese cabinet officials. Travelers with serious mental disorders? Still banned. [NYT]

      If I’m not mistaken the ban was also only recently lifted in the great fatherland, the USA.
