Ah, as much as I like the eye candy, I’ve got to agree with ALACER. The hot boys and frivolous sh*t get a ton of hits and the really important stuff get barely a notice. I know Jamie Dominic’s schlong (see pic #4) are quite distracting, but focus, people. The fundie assholes are plotting our destruction: If they aren’t rabid loons like the Phelps clan and want us burnt at the stake, they’re the corporate execs at Amazon who want to force us back into the closet. A little less attention needs to be focused on the pretty boys and more attention needs to be aimed at the folks who’d like to turn back the clock to 1950 when we could be sent to prison or to an insane asylum (reparative therapy anyone?) for the crime of being homosexual. Yeah, we made some steps forward, but we’re not a free people yet.

If you’re not going to bring back the thumbnails (have you even been reading the countless posts BEGGING you to bring them back???) then at least pay some mind to the resolution of the images. Cripes, each one is more pixelated than the last. It’s kind of distracting. They should have been resized smaller or at least you should have uploaded higher res images.

I wish I could’ve clicked through more of them, but that Blue Steel look he’s offering up is just so distracting. Ugh. Plus he looks like he’s had work done or something, either that or there’s a vacuum cleaner attached to his ass and it’s pulling his cheeks in.

@Alacer: I come here for the eye candy as well as information relating to gay issues but plenty of very serious blogs cover the issues quite well. Daily Kos and others have forums where people educate and inform about our issues. The people we need to keep informed are progressive str8s as they are our allies and will help us change policies. Whenever I have made a serious critique on this blog 10 queens come out to flame it with either mean spirited or catty responses. No thanks. I leave politics for other more serious platforms. Not that they don’t try here but it descends into something else all the time. Even a comments about a celebrities get out of hand and vicious.

I love hot, nearly naked men as much as the next guy. I personally see nothing wrong with dedicated appreciation and lust for hot guys BUT, I want to propose a challenge: Don’t have any “gratuitous skin” or “morning goods” posts for a couple days.
Judging by the number of views these posts get compared to other important posts about things like marriage or an innocent teen killing himself because of homophobia and ridicule, people are missing some really big stuff. I just think Queerty and its viewers could use a cold shower, that’s all.
