Justin was raised by his mother, after his father (Jeremy) left them and married another woman. Reports say Bieber grew up poor, without much financial support from his father, but Justin has openly maintained a good relationship with his father and stepmother. Considering neither Justin’s mother or father were able to care for him and his grandparents had to step in to raise him as a young child I don’t think Bette should assume Justin’s father would have been a suitable father anyway.
