Actually, it looks like she got injected with Juvederm or some other face filler. Go back to the photos taken with her new Brazilian boyfriend and you will see the change versus the photos of her from last year when she was going through her divorce.
Bottom line: Madonna is a fitness fanatic who has the cash to make herself look good in a natural manner. She doesn’t have a plastic surgery look like Joan Rivers or Cher or, to a lesser degree, Vivica Fox.
Rupert Everett could use some help. That picture of him on Queerty makes him seem angry. His face seems to droop around his mouth and eyes. Actually, he looks a bit villainous, which might work well. And, more importantly, plastic surgery can be very dangerous.

People think I’ve had stuff done. BS. All I do is consume vast quantities of water, exercise and do facial exercises. Oh yeah, and I slather my mug with grease. Add enough sleep, subtract children and husband and you’re there.

While she might look acceptable in this pics, i can only see her getting worse and worse. It’s unfortunate but true. She’s still a good singer but is still trying to be half her age. It’s great she can dance still and is still motivated and all that…
but damn woman…it doesn’t look good.
(what amuses me is if she has gotten work done she’s ignored what i find most distracting, her front teeth)

I’m totally getting shit done when I get old, so I try not to judge them now. I figure let the improve the procedures on these peeps and we’ll all be good to go in a few decades.

I will reserve judgement about the success of whatever procedures she uses. Sometimes i see photos like the one above and she looks fantastic, and other times I see pics where she looks phony and fake, but that could just be from no makeup or post workout, etc. If I ever get close enough to her to see her for real then I will decide. In the meantime, I will be positive and supportive.
