Here are the statistics:
17% of the earth’s surface is hospitable enough for human life to flourish. Yes, 17%.
4% is used to cultivate food crops. We have a limited amount of space, food crops, ocean fish, energy, oxygen ( which is produced by the Amazon rain forest and projected to experience permanent drought brought on by climate change by the Pentagon) and drinkable water (H2O).
We now have 7 to 7.5 billion people, and expect to have 14 billion by 2030.
Who will feed them, the U. S. Government? We won’t be here. Where will water come from AND WHO WILL OWN THE RIGHTS TO IT? How many people per meter will share living space?
Now, Sarah, isn’t it more humane to NOT produce lots of people by accident by being responsible enough NOT to have to begin with?
