It looks like a Ginch Gonch ad. I suspected as much given the product placement (those posters on the walls are GG ads), so I checked the site–the twink with Nelly (hee) is GG Boy Ethan Reynolds. So…probably a photo shoot. Not to mention the fact that the pic is way too professional to be, you know, a "secret" that got out.

Oh, Ginch Gonch. Cheaply made and overpriced, but oh so cute. Are those cheerleaders on the undies?
