Matt, the girl, Charice Pempengco, is from the Philippines and was invited by the Koreans to guest on their show.
She was a runner up to a local TV singing competition (ABS-CBN's Little Big Star)here in the Philippines. She lost to a young boy who's not even half as good as her.
Far out…thought she was lipsynching at first. That's amazing.
